The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is a core component of the Framework, shaping how youth and families are referred, engage, and coordinate across systems. This session explores how Assessment Centers can establish a SPOC—or function as a community hub—to streamline access to services while preventing deeper system involvement.

Frontline staff will focus on strengthening youth and family engagement at the point of referral, while leaders will learn how to design and sustain referral pathways and partnerships using MOUs, policies, and procedures. The session also features insights from Assessment Center leaders sharing real-world implementation examples and lessons learned.
