This training will explore practical strategies for building trust, improving communication, and strengthening partnerships that support effective referrals and coordinated services. Participants will learn approaches to deepen connections with the communities they serve and strengthen collaboration with youth, families, and partner agencies. By improving engagement at the point of referral and throughout service coordination, Assessment Centers can help ensure youth and families access the support they need while preventing deeper system involvement.
